Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality Business lessons that align with the school’s mission and curriculum standards.
  • Support the development of a strong and growing A Level Business department.
  • Contribute to the school’s pastoral, spiritual, and co-curricular life, including involvement in EPQ and other enrichment programmes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning practices.
  • Mentor and support students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Participate in staff development and professional growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records and assessments in line with school policies.
  • Engage with the wider school community through extracurricular and pastoral activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge and experience.
  • Experience in teaching Business at A Level or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to Catholic values and the Oratorian tradition.
  • Ability to contribute to the school’s spiritual, pastoral, and co-curricular life.

Preferred

  • Experience in leading a department or taking on a management role.
  • Familiarity with the Catholic education system and its values.
