The Opportunity:

As an Early Years Educator Level 3, you will support the development and learning of young children aged 0-5 years in a stimulating and safe environment. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on children’s early education and contribute to a supportive, values-driven team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and guide young children in a safe and stimulating environment
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to individual children's needs
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a consistent and nurturing approach
  • Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to support children’s progress
  • Promote the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework in all aspects of teaching
  • Ensure the well-being and safety of all children in care
  • Participate in continuous professional development to enhance teaching practices
  • Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and development

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Minimum of 1 year’s experience working in an early years setting
  • Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3 Diploma in Childcare)
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
  • Excellent communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children

Preferred

  • Basic first aid knowledge
  • Experience with safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
  • Flexibility and reliability to work four days per week
