The Opportunity:

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in shaping the early development of young children. You will contribute to a learning environment that prioritizes emotional, cognitive, and physical growth, helping children build the foundation for lifelong success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the holistic development of children from 3 months to 4 years through engaging and stimulating activities.
  • Deliver a curriculum based on a 'rhythm of the day' that encourages natural learning and exploration.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Monitor and document children's progress to ensure they are meeting key developmental milestones.
  • Work collaboratively with other practitioners to maintain a consistent and nurturing approach to early learning.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the care of the school.
  • Participate in staff training and professional development to enhance teaching practices and outcomes.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment that supports children's learning and play.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Level 3 Early Years Qualification
  • Proven experience working with young children
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to child safety and safeguarding
  • Ability to work flexibly within a team

Preferred

  • Experience in a school or nursery setting
  • Knowledge of early childhood development theories
  • Experience with the Inspired Education Group or similar institutions
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with the 'rhythm of the day' approach to learning
