Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective teaching across a range of engineering programs.
- Provide tutorial and pastoral support to students, ensuring their academic and personal development.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and performance.
- Plan and evaluate the effectiveness of teaching methods and course content.
- Contribute to the marketing and recruitment activities of the institution, including student admissions.
- Participate in the development and delivery of innovative learning strategies.
- Support the continued professional development of students and colleagues.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified to level 3 or above in a relevant engineering qualification.
- Willingness to obtain a recognised teaching qualification within two years of appointment.
- Experience in delivering education and training in a relevant field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred
- Experience in higher education or further education settings.
- Familiarity with industry trends and developments in engineering.
- Experience with student recruitment and admissions processes.
- Knowledge of innovative teaching and learning strategies.
