The Opportunity:

As an English Language Teacher – Summer School, you will deliver dynamic lessons that enhance students’ communication skills and foster a love for learning. This is a fixed-term role from July to August 2026, ideal for educators passionate about making a difference in a vibrant and international setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging English lessons tailored to students aged 8–17.
  • Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support academic and personal development.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity and confidence.
  • Integrate British culture and creativity into the curriculum to enhance student engagement.
  • Support students pastorally to ensure a well-rounded learning experience.
  • Collaborate with the academic team to deliver a high-quality summer school programme.
  • Participate in co-curricular activities and events that enrich the summer school experience.
  • Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all students.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience teaching English to multilingual groups.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
  • Commitment to student welfare and pastoral support.
  • Ability to develop and deliver engaging lesson plans.

Preferred

  • Qualifications such as CELTA, QTS, or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a boarding or international school setting.
  • Familiarity with British culture and education practices.
  • Passion for teaching and a desire to inspire young learners.
