Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with experience in English education.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching English.
- Experience in delivering lessons to students across a range of abilities.
- Commitment to the school’s Christian ethos and values.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students.
Preferred
- Experience in teaching at Key Stage 3, 4, or post-16.
- Experience with pastoral care or student support.
- Experience in leading or contributing to curriculum development.
- Experience with inclusive education and supporting students with diverse needs.
