Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging English lessons across all key stages.
- Foster a love of literature and writing through innovative and creative teaching methods.
- Support students in developing critical thinking, analytical skills, and a deep appreciation for the written word.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of the English curriculum, including drama and poetry.
- Lead and mentor students in independent reading and research.
- Participate in a wide range of co-curricular and extracurricular activities.

- Provide pastoral support and guidance to students as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in English education.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for literature and writing.
- Experience teaching across a range of key stages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to student development and academic excellence.
Preferred
- Experience with Cambridge IGCSE or Eduqas A Level English.
- Background in creative writing or academic publishing.

- Experience working in a co-educational or independent school setting.
