Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality English lessons that engage students and promote academic excellence.
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies that support diverse learning needs.
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to help students improve.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the federation to share best practices and improve teaching standards.
- Support students with barriers to learning through personalized interventions and targeted support.
- Participate in school and federation-wide initiatives that promote inclusion and student well-being.
- Contribute to the development of the school’s curriculum and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain accurate records and reports in line with school and federation policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in English education.
- Strong classroom management and instructional skills.
- Commitment to student achievement and inclusion.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a federation of schools.
- Experience in supporting students with diverse learning needs.
Preferred
- Experience in teaching at Key Stage 3 and 4.
- Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language.
- Leadership experience or a willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
- Familiarity with the H3 Federation’s values and mission.
