Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality English lessons that engage students and promote academic excellence.
• Develop and implement effective teaching strategies that support diverse learning needs.
• Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to help students improve.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the federation to share best practices and improve teaching standards.
• Support students with barriers to learning through personalized interventions and targeted support.
• Participate in school and federation-wide initiatives that promote inclusion and student well-being.
• Contribute to the development of the school’s curriculum and extracurricular activities.
• Maintain accurate records and reports in line with school and federation policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with relevant experience in English education.
• Strong classroom management and instructional skills.
• Commitment to student achievement and inclusion.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a federation of schools.
• Experience in supporting students with diverse learning needs.

Preferred

• Experience in teaching at Key Stage 3 and 4.
• Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language.
• Leadership experience or a willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
• Familiarity with the H3 Federation’s values and mission.
