Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and innovative English lessons to students aged 11–18.
- Develop and implement a curriculum that drives achievement and fosters a love of learning.

- Collaborate with colleagues to support the school’s leadership programme and character development initiatives.
- Provide pastoral care and support to students, ensuring their well-being and success.
- Participate in professional development and training opportunities to enhance teaching practice.

- Engage with parents and the wider community to support student learning and development.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A degree-level qualification and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Proven ability to teach to GCSE standard.
- Demonstrable experience in achieving outstanding student outcomes.
- Strong organisational and classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Preferred
- Experience in a faith-based or diverse educational setting.
- Background in leadership development or character education.
- Experience with innovative teaching methods and curriculum design.
- Commitment to working in a disadvantaged community.
