Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with a relevant degree and QTS.
- Proven experience in teaching English at Key Stage 3 and 4.
- Commitment to student progress and a track record of delivering high-quality teaching.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Preferred
- Experience in leading or supporting departmental development.
- Familiarity with curriculum design and assessment strategies.
- Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language.
