Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with a relevant degree and QTS.
  • Proven experience in teaching English at Key Stage 3 and 4.
  • Commitment to student progress and a track record of delivering high-quality teaching.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Preferred

  • Experience in leading or supporting departmental development.
  • Familiarity with curriculum design and assessment strategies.
  • Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language.
  • Knowledge of the latest educational technologies and resources.
