Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all students.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with a strong background in English education.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a teaching team.
- Demonstrable expertise in English subject knowledge and pedagogy.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Commitment to inclusion, diversity, and student well-being.
Preferred
- Experience in a school leadership or senior leadership role.
- Familiarity with the Watergrove Trust or similar multi-academy trusts.
- Experience in curriculum development and innovation.
- Experience with pastoral care and student support strategies.
