Summary:

Site Assistant needed to support school operations and maintain school facilities.

The Opportunity:

As a Site Assistant, you will ensure that the school’s new facilities operate smoothly and are maintained to the highest standard. This role is key to supporting the school’s mission and fostering a positive environment for students and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Site Manager and staff team in the day-to-day running of the school.
  • Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of school buildings and grounds to the highest standard.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, students, contractors, and external organisations.
  • Assist in the planning and organisation of school events and activities.
  • Contribute to the development and embedding of the school’s ethos and values.
  • Collaborate with other schools within the Trust to support shared goals and initiatives.
  • Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all members of the school community.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to staff, students, and visitors.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and planning abilities.

Preferred

  • Experience in a school or educational setting.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a school environment.
  • Experience with facility management or maintenance.
  • Experience working within a multi-cultural and inclusive community.
  • Previous experience in a Trust or collaborative educational environment.
