Site Assistant needed to support school operations and maintain school facilities.

The Opportunity:
As a Site Assistant, you will ensure that the school’s new facilities operate smoothly and are maintained to the highest standard. This role is key to supporting the school’s mission and fostering a positive environment for students and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Site Manager and staff team in the day-to-day running of the school.
- Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of school buildings and grounds to the highest standard.
- Communicate effectively with staff, students, contractors, and external organisations.
- Assist in the planning and organisation of school events and activities.
- Contribute to the development and embedding of the school’s ethos and values.
- Collaborate with other schools within the Trust to support shared goals and initiatives.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all members of the school community.
- Provide a high level of customer service to staff, students, and visitors.

Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and planning abilities.

Preferred
- Experience in a school or educational setting.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a school environment.
- Experience with facility management or maintenance.
- Experience working within a multi-cultural and inclusive community.
- Previous experience in a Trust or collaborative educational environment.
