Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality English lessons to KS3, KS4, and KS5 students.
- Develop and implement engaging and innovative teaching strategies.

- Collaborate with colleagues to support whole-school improvement and curriculum development.
- Provide pastoral support and guidance to students as needed.
- Participate in professional development and staff training programs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance and attendance.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in English education.
- Ability to teach English to KS3, KS4, and KS5 students.
- Strong subject knowledge and passion for teaching English.
- Commitment to student achievement and personal development.
- Experience in a school environment with a focus on staff and student wellbeing.
Preferred
- Experience in delivering KS5 English qualifications.
- Familiarity with current teaching methodologies and curriculum requirements.
- Experience with safeguarding and child protection procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
