Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with a strong background in English education.
  • Proven leadership experience in a teaching or senior role.
  • Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for English teaching and learning.
  • Experience in curriculum development and assessment strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in a school with a strong focus on inclusion and student wellbeing.
  • Familiarity with the Watergrove Trust or similar multi-academy trust structures.
  • Experience in leading professional development for staff.
  • Demonstrated success in improving student outcomes and engagement in English.
