Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in English education.
- Ability to deliver lessons that support student progress and achievement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.
- Experience in creating and delivering schemes of work aligned with curriculum specifications.
Preferred
- Experience with AQA English Language and Literature specifications.
- Background in teaching Media Studies at Key Stages 4 and 5.
- Experience in working with mixed ability groups and providing personalised support.
- Familiarity with innovative teaching strategies and technologies.
- Experience in contributing to school-wide initiatives and collaborative projects.
