  • Ensure effective use of assessment data to inform teaching and learning strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant experience in English education.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality lessons and support student learning.
  • Strong understanding of curriculum design and implementation.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.

Preferred

  • Experience in a leadership or middle leadership role.
  • Knowledge of Renaissance drama and Shakespearean texts.
  • Experience with teaching English as a second language.
