Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in English education.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality outcomes at GCSE level.
- Strong classroom management and teaching skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Commitment to the value and importance of English as a subject.
- Passion for inspiring and motivating students to achieve their best.
Preferred
- Experience with innovative teaching methods and curriculum development.
- Leadership experience or potential for future leadership roles within the department.
- Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL) or similar.
- Background in pastoral care or student support.
