The Opportunity:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Maths Teacher to join our forward-thinking department and inspire students across KS3 and KS4. This is a great opportunity for ECTs and experienced teachers to grow and make a real impact in an Outstanding school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Support students to achieve outstanding results in Mathematics.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
• Monitor and assess student progress regularly to inform teaching and learning.
• Provide pastoral support and guidance to students where appropriate.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development.
• Maintain accurate records and report student progress to parents and carers.
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance teaching practice.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge in Mathematics.
• Experience teaching Mathematics at Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Commitment to evidence-based teaching and learning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Preferred

• Experience with teaching in an Outstanding school.
• Experience with pastoral care and student support.
• Knowledge of current educational trends and best practices.
• Experience with curriculum development and innovation.
