Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with QTS or equivalent.
• Proven experience in teaching English at secondary level.
• Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to student well-being.
• Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively within a supportive team.

Preferred

• Experience with pastoral care and student support.
• Familiarity with inclusive teaching practices.
• Experience in delivering CPD sessions or leading professional development.
• Knowledge of teaching English as a second language.
