Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the smooth running of examinations by following all procedures and guidelines.
• Monitor candidates in a professional and respectful manner throughout the examination period.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with students and staff.
• Report any incidents or concerns promptly to the examinations team.
• Maintain a calm and composed presence under pressure.
• Attend all required training sessions and follow ongoing guidance.
• Work collaboratively with other invigilators and support staff.
• Adhere to all examination rules and regulations to prevent any breaches.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and remain calm in challenging situations.

• Availability for training and examinations as required.

Preferred

• Previous experience in an educational or examination setting.
• Experience with invigilation or student support roles.
• Knowledge of examination procedures and rules.
• Confidence in working with students in a professional and friendly manner.
