Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the school continues to deliver outstanding educational outcomes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration across the school community.
- Develop and implement long-term plans for academic, pastoral, and operational growth.
- Ensure effective financial and resource management, maximizing the school’s potential.
- Promote high-quality teaching and learning, based on evidence and best practice.
- Lead and support the curriculum, ensuring it meets the needs of all students.
- Work closely with the Governing Body to maintain strong governance and accountability.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, staff, and the wider community.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Honours Degree or equivalent.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH).
- Recent experience as a Headteacher or Deputy Headteacher.
- Evidence of significant Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in the last three years.
Preferred
- Experience in strategic leadership and curriculum development.
- Strong understanding of financial and resource management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
- Experience in working with Governing Bodies and external stakeholders.
