Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and supervise examination sessions in accordance with JCQ Instructions.
• Ensure the security and integrity of examination papers and procedures.
• Provide clear guidance and support to other invigilators during exams.
• Maintain a calm and professional demeanor in high-pressure situations.
• Report any irregularities or concerns promptly to the appropriate authority.
• Ensure all health and safety guidelines are followed during exams.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of examination materials.
• Support the smooth running of exams by adhering to all regulations and protocols.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Good knowledge of JCQ Instructions for Conducting Examinations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Reliable and available during main exam periods.

Preferred

• Previous experience in an exam invigilation role.
• Experience working in an educational setting.
