The Opportunity:

We are seeking an Exam Invigilator to support the smooth running of internal and external examinations. This role is essential in ensuring compliance with JCQ regulations and maintaining the integrity of the school’s assessment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the organisation and administration of internal and external examinations.
  • Ensure compliance with JCQ regulations and exam board requirements.
  • Assist with the results process, including inputting, downloading, and distributing results to pupils.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data is handled with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and students to support the examination process.
  • Work flexibly to meet the demands of the role and support the school’s academic calendar.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as required.
  • Ensure a professional and supportive environment during examination periods.

Preferred

  • Knowledge of JCQ regulations and exam board procedures.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a school or academy trust.
  • Experience with exam results processing and distribution.
  • Familiarity with educational software and systems.
