Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all examination rooms are set up in accordance with school guidelines and regulations.
• Monitor student behavior and ensure compliance with exam rules and procedures.
• Provide clear instructions to students at the start of each examination.
• Maintain a calm and focused atmosphere throughout the duration of the exam.
• Report any irregularities or concerns to the appropriate authority.
• Ensure the secure storage and handling of examination materials.
• Assist with the collection and distribution of examination papers.
• Support the smooth running of examination sessions in line with school policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Ability to follow instructions and maintain a professional demeanor in high-pressure situations.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to upholding exam integrity.
• Experience in a supervisory or administrative role, or willingness to undergo training.
• Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred

• Previous experience in an educational or examination setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with examination procedures and policies.
• Experience with child protection and safeguarding procedures.
