Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise candidates during examinations in a calm and professional manner
• Ensure compliance with examination rules and procedures
• Maintain a secure and orderly examination environment
• Support the Exams Manager in the planning and coordination of exams
• Communicate clearly with students and staff as required
• Assist with the distribution and collection of examination materials
• Record and report any incidents or concerns promptly
• Attend training sessions to ensure full understanding of examination procedures

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Experience of supervising children in an educational setting
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of reliability
• Flexibility to work during exam periods and occasional evenings or weekends
• Commitment to the values of inclusivity and respect

Preferred

• Previous experience in an exam invigilation role
• Knowledge of examination procedures and regulations
• Experience working within a school or educational institution
• Familiarity with the Sikh ethos and community values

Compensation & Benefits:
