Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the smooth and secure conduct of all examinations in accordance with official guidelines.
Monitor and supervise students during examinations to maintain a fair and controlled environment.
Report any irregularities or concerns to the relevant staff promptly.
Assist with the preparation and organization of examination materials and venues.
Adhere to all safeguarding and data protection policies at all times.
Attend training sessions to stay updated on examination procedures and best practices.
Collaborate with teaching and administrative staff to support the examination process.
Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow instructions and maintain discipline in a controlled environment.
Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
Availability to work during examination periods, typically between May and June.
