The Opportunity:

We are seeking an HR Administrator (Part-Time) to support the school’s HR functions and ensure smooth operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage staff documentation including contracts, payroll transactions, recruitment paperwork, and starter packs.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries from staff and external partners.
  • Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of staff members.
  • Support the HR team with ad hoc administrative tasks as they arise.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and systems.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR processes align with school policies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant HR procedures and legal requirements.
  • Provide timely and professional communication to internal and external stakeholders.
