The Opportunity:
We are seeking an HR Administrator (Part-Time) to support the school’s HR functions and ensure smooth operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage staff documentation including contracts, payroll transactions, recruitment paperwork, and starter packs.
- Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries from staff and external partners.
- Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of staff members.
- Support the HR team with ad hoc administrative tasks as they arise.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR processes align with school policies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant HR procedures and legal requirements.
- Provide timely and professional communication to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Experience in HR or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using HR software and office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
