As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of the examination process during key assessment periods. Your responsibilities will include supervising students, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting the smooth running of exams. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise examinations to ensure compliance with examination board regulations.
• Assist with the setup of examination venues, including the accurate placement of seating plans and distribution of necessary materials.
• Monitor students throughout the exam to maintain a secure and fair testing environment.
• Ensure proper registration and verification of student identities.
• Collect and organise examination scripts and materials at the conclusion of each exam.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Experience in supervising examinations or working with students in an educational setting.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and focused in a high-pressure environment.

Preferred

• Experience supervising children or young adults.
• Familiarity with examination procedures and regulations.
• Flexibility with scheduling to support exam periods.
