The Opportunity:

As an Examinations and Data Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing examinations and maintaining accurate data across the school. This position is essential to ensuring smooth operations and supporting student achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire examination process, including scheduling, administration, and results handling
  • Oversee the collection, processing, and analysis of student data to support academic performance and reporting
  • Maintain accurate and secure records in line with safeguarding and data protection requirements
  • Collaborate with teaching and support staff to ensure data is used effectively for student progress
  • Ensure compliance with all internal and external examination regulations
  • Provide timely and accurate reports to senior management and relevant stakeholders
  • Support the implementation of IT systems and tools for data management, including Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Assist in the development of data management policies and procedures

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in managing data systems and examinations
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of safeguarding and data protection requirements
  • Commitment to promoting the Catholic ethos and values of the school

Preferred

  • Experience in managing people and working in a team environment
  • Previous experience in education or a related field
  • Knowledge of school administration systems and processes
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
