The Opportunity:
As an Examinations and Data Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing examinations and maintaining accurate data across the school. This position is essential to ensuring smooth operations and supporting student achievement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire examination process, including scheduling, administration, and results handling
- Oversee the collection, processing, and analysis of student data to support academic performance and reporting
- Maintain accurate and secure records in line with safeguarding and data protection requirements
- Collaborate with teaching and support staff to ensure data is used effectively for student progress
- Ensure compliance with all internal and external examination regulations
- Provide timely and accurate reports to senior management and relevant stakeholders
- Support the implementation of IT systems and tools for data management, including Excel and Microsoft Office
- Assist in the development of data management policies and procedures
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in managing data systems and examinations
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines
- Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Understanding of safeguarding and data protection requirements
- Commitment to promoting the Catholic ethos and values of the school
Preferred
- Experience in managing people and working in a team environment
- Previous experience in education or a related field
- Knowledge of school administration systems and processes
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
