The Opportunity:

As a Health Club Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a high-end health club, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and the maintenance of world-class facilities. This role offers a unique opportunity to work within a dynamic and forward-thinking institution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the smooth operation of all club facilities, programs, and staffing.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring members' needs are met promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, safeguarding protocols, and industry guidelines.
  • Lead and develop a motivated and professional team, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Manage and expand coaching programs to enhance member engagement and satisfaction.
  • Oversee financial management, including budgeting, payroll, and revenue generation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all club operations and communications.
  • Manage the commercial lettings of club facilities to external clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience as a club manager or in a senior leadership role within the fitness or hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with members, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team effectively.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and club management systems.
  • Experience in health and safety, compliance, and safeguarding procedures.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred

  • First Aid and Lifeguard qualifications.
  • Experience in managing P&L, membership, and staffing operations.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of £40,000 - £45,000.
