The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line IT support to students and staff via in-person, phone, and helpdesk channels.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network services.
• Maintain accurate records of all support cases and ensure timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement and support new systems and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures across the school.
• Offer guidance and training to users on IT tools and resources.
• Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of the school's IT infrastructure.
• Support the smooth running of school events and operations through reliable IT services.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Proven experience in IT support or a related field.
• Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in a school or educational setting is preferred but not essential.

Preferred

• Familiarity with helpdesk systems and ticketing software.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience with remote support tools and technologies.
