The Opportunity:

As an Exams and Systems Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of data, systems, and exams processes across the school. This position is essential in supporting the school’s mission to provide a high-quality education and prepare students for future success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of data collection, processing, and reporting.
  • Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of school systems and software.
  • Ensure accurate and timely administration of all examinations and assessments.
  • Work closely with teaching staff to support the effective use of systems and data.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of systems to ensure they meet the school’s needs.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain data integrity and security.
  • Provide training and support to staff on the use of systems and data tools.
  • Liaise with external exam boards and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and smooth operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in managing data systems and exams processes in an educational setting.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of school management systems and data handling practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Experience in a large secondary school or academy setting.
  • Familiarity with Ofsted standards and school inspection processes.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and software.
