The Opportunity:
As an Exams and Systems Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of data, systems, and exams processes across the school. This position is essential in supporting the school’s mission to provide a high-quality education and prepare students for future success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of data collection, processing, and reporting.
- Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of school systems and software.
- Ensure accurate and timely administration of all examinations and assessments.
- Work closely with teaching staff to support the effective use of systems and data.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of systems to ensure they meet the school’s needs.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain data integrity and security.
- Provide training and support to staff on the use of systems and data tools.
- Liaise with external exam boards and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in managing data systems and exams processes in an educational setting.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of school management systems and data handling practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Experience in a large secondary school or academy setting.
- Familiarity with Ofsted standards and school inspection processes.
- Experience with data analysis tools and software.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and leadership opportunities.
