Summary:
Seeking an experienced Executive Principal to lead a secondary school and support improvement across a multi-academy trust.

The Opportunity:
The Executive Principal will provide strategic and operational leadership for a secondary school and contribute to school improvement projects across the Trust. This is a pivotal role for someone with a strong background in secondary leadership and a vision for driving excellence in education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the strategic direction of the school in line with Trust objectives and local priorities.
- Deliver high standards of teaching, learning, and student outcomes across all key stages.
- Oversee the development and implementation of school improvement initiatives across the Trust.
- Promote and uphold the Trust’s culture, ethos, and values in all aspects of school life.
- Foster strong relationships with staff, students, parents, and the wider community.
- Support the professional development of teaching and support staff across the Trust.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and report on school performance and progress regularly.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience as a Headteacher or Principal in a secondary school setting.
- Demonstrated success in leading school improvement initiatives.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
- In-depth knowledge of educational policies, curriculum development, and school governance.
- Experience working within a multi-academy trust or similar collaborative structure.
Preferred
- Experience in leading multiple schools or contributing to Trust-wide projects.

- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in driving cultural change and improving student outcomes.
