The Opportunity:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced EYFS Teacher to join a thriving educational institution in Abu Dhabi. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on young learners and contribute to a school known for its excellence and commitment to student growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach all areas of the Early Years Curriculum with a focus on fostering curiosity and learning.
  • Create engaging and stimulating learning environments that support the school’s unique educational vision.
  • Plan and deliver lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students, including those with EAL or additional learning needs.
  • Collaborate with speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, and educational psychologists as required.
  • Use data from assessments to inform planning and provide targeted interventions.
  • Provide regular feedback to parents and carers on student progress through meetings and conferences.
  • Promote positive behaviour and model the school’s values consistently in the classroom and beyond.
  • Contribute to school events, curriculum development, and extracurricular activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related subject with a PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Teaching experience within the English National Curriculum.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Early Years Curriculum.

Preferred

  • Experience teaching in an international school setting.
  • Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language (EAL).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commitment to the school’s mission and vision.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments.
