The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate EYFS Teacher to join a dynamic and supportive team. This role plays a crucial part in shaping the early learning experiences of young students in a nurturing and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the social, emotional, and academic development of young learners
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement cross-curricular themes and activities
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and development through regular assessments and observations
  • Liaise with parents and guardians to provide updates on student progress and support learning at home
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities
  • Ensure the safe and secure use of all classroom resources and equipment
  • Support the school’s commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all students

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • A PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Proven experience in teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to child protection and safeguarding practices

Preferred

  • Experience working in an international school setting
  • Familiarity with the National Curriculum for England
  • Experience with bilingual or multilingual teaching environments
  • Knowledge of inclusive education practices and special educational needs
