Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage billing processes and ensure accurate invoicing of school fees.
  • Monitor income and ensure timely collection of payments.
  • Liaise with parents and carers regarding invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Support income reconciliation procedures and ensure compliance with financial policies.
  • Follow safeguarding procedures and engage in relevant training.
  • Handle sensitive financial conversations with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with financial reporting and administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.
  • Experience in billing, credit control, or finance administration.
  • Ability to manage fee invoicing and monitor payments.
  • Confidence in liaising with families regarding fee queries.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and willingness to engage in training.
  • Proactive and highly organised with the ability to meet deadlines.
