Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the department.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with a relevant teaching qualification.
- Proven experience in teaching English at the appropriate level.
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging and effective lessons.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively and maintain high standards of behavior.
- Commitment to the school’s core values and mission.
Preferred
- Experience in leading or contributing to departmental initiatives.
- Experience with pastoral care and student support.
- Familiarity with the National Curriculum and assessment frameworks.
- Experience in working within an academy trust or similar multi-academy organization.
