The Opportunity:
As a First Aid Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the health and safety of students and staff while providing excellent administrative support. This is a vital position that combines medical assistance with front-of-house duties and office organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first aid and medical assistance to students and staff in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and maintain school office systems with creativity and efficiency.
- Answer incoming calls and provide outstanding customer service to parents, staff, and stakeholders.
- Support the Office Manager and PA to the Principal in all administrative tasks.
- Ensure the front of house area is welcoming and well-managed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all administrative and first aid activities.
- Assist with the organisation of school events and pastoral care initiatives.
- Liaise with external agencies and medical professionals as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Experience in providing first aid or medical assistance in a school or similar setting.
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
Preferred
- Experience in a school administration role.
- Knowledge of first aid procedures and emergency response protocols.
- Familiarity with school management systems and software.
- Experience with pastoral care and student welfare initiatives.
