Key Responsibilities:

  • Support academic departments in delivering high-quality French instruction.
  • Assist with university preparation and academic guidance for students.
  • Take on pastoral and boarding duties, including some weekend and evening responsibilities.
  • Participate in extra-curricular activities and school trips.
  • Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture.
  • Help maintain a stimulating and supportive learning environment.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Native level fluency in French.
  • Degree-level qualification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to take responsibility and make decisions.
  • Commitment to working in a boarding school environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and remain calm in challenging situations.

Preferred

  • Experience in teaching or education support.
  • Experience with university preparation or academic mentoring.
  • Familiarity with co-curricular activities and pastoral care.
  • Experience in a boarding school setting.
