Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a full timetable of Geography lessons to students of all abilities and ages.

  • Utilize fieldwork, enquiry-based learning, and digital platforms to enhance student learning.
  • Support students in developing critical thinking and a deep understanding of geographical concepts.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the sharing of best practice and resources.

  • Engage in professional development opportunities to maintain and enhance teaching skills.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge in Geography.
  • Experience in teaching Geography across a range of key stages and abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred
