The Opportunity:
Join a dynamic Mathematics department and help inspire the next generation of learners. As a Maths Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality education and supporting student progress across all key stages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspire and support students across the three Key Stages
- Use a range of assessment strategies to provide targeted and directed feedback
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that reflect current pedagogical research
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching approaches
- Build strong working relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Participate in a robust CPD programme and professional development initiatives
- Support the school's mission to provide a high-quality education for all students
- Contribute to the development of the Mathematics curriculum and departmental strategy
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge
- Experience teaching Mathematics at Key Stages 3 and 4
- Commitment to student achievement and professional development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Preferred
- Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language
- Experience in using technology to enhance learning
- Experience in pastoral support or behaviour management
- Experience in instructional coaching or mentoring
- Experience in cross-Trust collaboration
