Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience.
- Strong subject knowledge in Geography, with experience teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Proven ability to plan and deliver effective lessons and schemes of work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to student welfare and pastoral care.
Preferred
- Experience in curriculum development or leadership within a subject area.
- Familiarity with innovative teaching methods and technologies.
- Experience with enrichment programs or community-based learning initiatives.
- Previous involvement in professional development or mentoring programs.
