Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience.
  • Strong subject knowledge in Geography, with experience teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Proven ability to plan and deliver effective lessons and schemes of work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to student welfare and pastoral care.

Preferred

  • Experience in curriculum development or leadership within a subject area.
  • Familiarity with innovative teaching methods and technologies.
  • Experience with enrichment programs or community-based learning initiatives.
  • Previous involvement in professional development or mentoring programs.
