Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to departmental planning and development.
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing clear and constructive feedback.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the ongoing improvement of teaching and learning.
- Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment that values respect, equality, and diversity.
- Engage with parents and the wider community to support student learning and development.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge in Geography.
- Experience teaching Geography at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
- Commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students.
Preferred
- Experience with teaching Geography at Key Stage 5.
- Experience with instructional coaching or mentoring.
- Experience with curriculum development and assessment.
- Experience with using technology in the classroom.
- Experience with pastoral care and student support.
