Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality Geography lessons using the English National Curriculum and Cambridge IGCSE/A Level syllabi.
• Foster a supportive and enriched classroom environment that promotes personalised learning and student development.
• Provide constructive feedback and implement effective assessment strategies.
• Act as a pastoral tutor, supporting students' well-being and personal growth.
• Contribute to the Extracurricular programme by leading or assisting with activities and events.
• Engage actively with the House system, supporting competitions and events.
• Participate in Continuing Professional Development to enhance teaching practice and personal growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a team-focused and inclusive school culture.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Recognised teaching qualifications.
• Experience teaching Geography using the English National Curriculum.
• Knowledge of Cambridge IGCSE and A Level Geography.
• Strong understanding of personalised learning and assessment practices.

Preferred

• Experience in pastoral tutoring.
• Involvement in extracurricular activities.
• Experience with the House system.
