The Opportunity:

As a Graduate Leader - Boarding, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic and pastoral needs of boarding students. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the daily routines, activities, and academic needs of boarding students
  • Assist in the pastoral care and well-being of students within the boarding house
  • Collaborate with the Boarding House Team to ensure a positive and supportive environment
  • Promote a culture of leadership, responsibility, and personal development among students
  • Contribute to the overall success of the school through active participation in boarding life
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to students in both academic and personal development
  • Maintain open communication with parents and staff regarding student progress and welfare
  • Participate in training and development opportunities provided by the school

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A graduate degree or equivalent qualification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to student welfare and development
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to live in a boarding environment and support students 24/7

Preferred

  • Previous experience in a residential or educational setting
  • Experience with teaching or mentoring students
  • Knowledge of international education systems
  • Fluency in English and additional languages
  • Experience with leadership development programmes
