Key Responsibilities:
- Support the school’s mission by assisting with various administrative and student-related tasks.
- Engage with pupils, parents, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
- Contribute to the smooth running of school events and activities.
- Assist in the development and delivery of educational programs.
- Help maintain the school’s welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
- Support the transition and growth of the senior section of the school.
- Work collaboratively with the teaching and support staff.
- Participate in training and development opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Currently a graduate or on a gap year.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic and motivated to work in a school environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to the values of a welcoming and inclusive community.
Preferred
- Experience in education or working with children.
- Knowledge of school operations or administration.
- Interest in teaching or educational support.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
