The Opportunity:
As a Graduate Teacher Trainee, you will train to become a teacher in subjects such as Maths, Computing, Physics, or Chemistry. This fully funded programme allows you to earn while you learn, gaining practical classroom experience and achieving Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lessons across a range of subjects, including Maths, Computing, Physics, and Chemistry.
- Work closely with experienced teachers to develop your teaching practice and classroom management skills.
- Engage in continuous professional development and academic study as part of your training.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A graduate degree in a relevant subject (Maths, Computing, Physics, or Chemistry).
- A commitment to teaching and working with young people.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A willingness to complete academic study alongside practical teaching experience.
Preferred
- Experience in teaching or working with young people.
- Previous involvement in education or training-related activities.
- Experience with curriculum development or lesson planning.

Compensation & Benefits:
- A competitive salary of £22,600 during your training year.
- Full funding of your teacher training costs, including £9,000.
