Key Responsibilities:

• Support classroom teaching and learning under the guidance of experienced staff
• Deliver high-quality lessons aligned with curriculum requirements
• Participate in professional development and training sessions
• Work closely with students to support their academic and personal growth
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver effective teaching strategies
• Engage in continuous self-assessment and reflection to improve teaching practice

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A relevant undergraduate degree
• Eligibility to train as a teacher in the UK
• Commitment to completing a teacher training programme
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team

Preferred

• Experience in a school or educational setting
• Knowledge of teaching subjects such as Maths, Computing, Physics or Chemistry
• Experience with classroom management techniques
• Understanding of current educational trends and practices
