Key Responsibilities:
- Support classroom teaching and learning under the guidance of experienced staff
- Deliver high-quality lessons aligned with curriculum requirements
- Participate in professional development and training sessions
- Work closely with students to support their academic and personal growth
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver effective teaching strategies
- Engage in continuous self-assessment and reflection to improve teaching practice
- Contribute to school events and extracurricular activities
- Maintain accurate records and assessments of student progress
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A relevant undergraduate degree
- Eligibility to train as a teacher in the UK
- Commitment to completing a teacher training programme
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
Preferred
- Experience in a school or educational setting
- Knowledge of teaching subjects such as Maths, Computing, Physics or Chemistry
- Experience with classroom management techniques
- Understanding of current educational trends and practices
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary of £22,600 during training
- Full funding of £9,000 for teacher training
