The Opportunity:

As the Head of Admissions, you will be responsible for managing the admissions process and ensuring a seamless, professional experience for prospective families. This role is central to shaping the future of the school community and requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the entire admissions process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for prospective families.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for parents throughout the admissions journey, building strong and lasting relationships.
  • Provide effective line management and leadership to the admissions team, fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to support branding and marketing strategies that attract and retain students.
  • Promote the vision, aims, and ethos of the school to prospective parents and pupils.
  • Ensure alignment with the school's mission and values in all admissions-related activities.
  • Develop and implement best practices for admissions procedures and communication.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including the Principal and Head of Operations, to ensure a cohesive approach to admissions.

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within an educational institution.
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing a team and delivering high-quality service.
  • Commitment to the values and ethos of a values-led organisation.

Preferred

  • Experience in teaching or educational leadership.
  • Familiarity with Catholic education and values.
  • Experience in marketing or brand management within an educational setting.
