The Opportunity:
As the Head of Admissions, you will be responsible for managing the admissions process and ensuring a seamless, professional experience for prospective families. This role is central to shaping the future of the school community and requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the entire admissions process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for prospective families.
- Act as the primary point of contact for parents throughout the admissions journey, building strong and lasting relationships.
- Provide effective line management and leadership to the admissions team, fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to support branding and marketing strategies that attract and retain students.
- Promote the vision, aims, and ethos of the school to prospective parents and pupils.
- Ensure alignment with the school's mission and values in all admissions-related activities.
- Develop and implement best practices for admissions procedures and communication.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including the Principal and Head of Operations, to ensure a cohesive approach to admissions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in a leadership role within an educational institution.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience in managing a team and delivering high-quality service.
- Commitment to the values and ethos of a values-led organisation.
Preferred
- Experience in teaching or educational leadership.
- Familiarity with Catholic education and values.
- Experience in marketing or brand management within an educational setting.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
