Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with colleagues across the school to support the pastoral and academic development of students.

- Monitor and evaluate student progress, ensuring that all pupils are supported and challenged to reach their full potential.
- Represent the department in meetings, inspections, and external events.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven leadership experience in a school or educational setting.
